Hey, I'm Angie! I'm a destination wedding photographer based in San Diego, California. I discovered my passion for photography since the age of 10 when I would play in my aunt's photography studio in Mexico running around the dark room(when I shouldn't have) and being in complete awe of the huge portraits hanging on the walls. As years passed, I fell in love with the art of capturing people through my lens and building strong connections in some of the most important moments of their lives. I've been blessed to do this professionally for over 8 years.
The arts have always played a meaningful role in my life. Outside of photography, I’m also a singer and guitarist, and creativity has always been a way for me to explore and express myself. I see myself as a lifelong learner, committed to growing both personally and in my craft.
Photography is more than a profession for me; it’s a way of connecting with myself and with others. Personal projects, especially self-portraiture, have helped me better understand my purpose and share experiences that resonate with people on a deeper level. What I love most about this work is seeing people come alive in front of the camera. Seeing someone recognize their own beauty or strength in a photo is what makes this work so fulfilling.
